Battelle’s National Security Division is seeking a Program Analyst for full-time work in Arlington, Virginia supporting the Technical Support Working Group (TSWG). TSWG is an interagency combating terrorism organization with the mission of rapid research and development to address technology needs of users across twelve functional areas of counter terrorism.

TSWG is an interagency combating terrorism organization with the mission of rapid research and development to address technology needs of users across twelve functional areas of counter terrorism.
The successful candidate will support the TSWG Infrastructure Protection Subgroup in the areas of Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Critical Infrastructure Protection, and/or Computer Security (ISSP/CSSP)/Information Systems. Experience with installation protection, test and evaluation of critical structural systems/critical infrastructure components and assessing the level of protection that is sufficient to mitigate various threats is a plus. The successful candidate will benefit from a broad technical and/or operational background and must be a self-starter who is willing to take on new challenges.
Primary Responsibilities/Qualificationsinclude:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant experience with AT/FP, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and/or Computer Security (ISSP/CSSP)/ Information Systems, preferably supporting DOD Programs. At least 5 years experience with project management desired.
- Ability to monitor technical, schedule and financial performance of multiple technology development programs simultaneously and review project/contract deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate and refine user technology requirements and assist with industry announcements
- Review vendor proposals and identify/recommend potential technological solutions to meet user requirements
- Draft specifications, solicitations, Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), sole source justifications and other project execution documentation.
- Develop and brief project information to all levels of government, academia, industry, military and scientific audiences.
- Respond to tasks at a project (technical/operational) level and at a program (funding/political) level.
- Assist in generating, applying, preparing, analyzing and/or assessing program or task data.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of operational users, technical developers and government program managers
- Perform work independently and as a group member
- Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance Required, with ability to obtain a DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance
